College enrollment in Oregon has been going up steadily. There was an increase of about 3.5 percent in enrollments in the Oregon University System between fall 2010 and fall 2012. Most of the students in this state are enrolled at the undergraduate level – majority in the 18-24 age group – followed by the master’s level where most of the students belong to the 25-29 or 30-35 age groups. In 2010, about 29 percent of Oregon’s population aged 25+ had a bachelor’s degree or higher, which is higher than the national average.
