Medical Assistants can be found in medical offices, private practices, clinics, and hospitals. They usually provide assistant in both administrative and clinical areas. Some of the administrative duties may include collecting patient’s medical information and keeping patient records. Clinical duties include preparing patients for examinations and treatments, collecting blood sample, measuring patients’ vital signs, and providing other medical care and emotional support under the direction of a physician.
