Adding a bit of humor to your college application can go a long way in securing your admission. Before you go this route, keep in mind that there is a very thin line between humor and impropriety. Any impropriety on your part can lead to the rejection of your college application. When submitting your college application, make sure you have filled it out properly and with the correct information. You will not be able to modify the application form once you submit it. Take the help of your friends and family members if you are facing any problem in filling out the forms or have any confusion.

• Some students take the whole process of college application very lightly thinking that no one is going to read their application fully and they can write whatever they want. The reality is that the college authorities read your application word for word to get an idea of your personality.
